Type B2.1 is a duplex unit with its own sky terrace and its total built up area is 2,846sf. It has 4 +1 bedrooms, 5 baths and 1 powder room.
Type B3 has a total built up of 1,424sf. All 3 bedrooms come with attached bathrooms and a powder room.
Type C2 has a built up of 1,636sf, comprises of 3 +1 bedrooms.
Type C6 has 3 +1 bedrooms with a total built up of 2,437sf. Master bedroom and the master bath will be overlooking the sea, clubhouse, water feature and the lap pool.
Shorefront is proposed to have a lap pool overlooking the sea, decks, clubhouse with water features embracing the clubhouse, pool and right in between block A and B.
